This is an intense class that I do modify for beginners, but we work hard and the results my students see in terms of toning is incredible. They also improve their poise, posture, and strength because of the core training that we do. I take my students through a number of ballet sequences so there is a dance element to the training. You can release your inner child (ballerinas) in these sessions!
The barre work helps with control and balance. I also use toning bands, weights, and rings to really push my students and increase the intensity of a movement or sequence. No two classes are the same!
